How I got here

I started in IT and reporting across Mumbai, Riyadh and Dubai. Every report I built began with someone asking a question, and I got more curious about the questions than the reports. So I followed the data: to Melbourne, to a warehouse floor in Warrington, into the HR systems of a 30,000-person insurer, and now into building a people analytics function from first principles. These days I use AI to get from messy data to a clear decision faster.
